As I became an adult \u2014 and especially after becoming a mother \u2014 I began questioning whether the traditional approach to health was truly addressing the root cause of wellness challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That journey led me to discover a more holistic path focused on nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, emotional balance, and supporting the body as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, as an Integrative Health Practitioner, I\u2019m passionate about helping others take a more empowered approach to their health and well-being.
