Growing up, I spent much of my childhood in doctors’ offices, relying on medications and searching for answers about my health. As I became an adult — and especially after becoming a mother — I began questioning whether the traditional approach to health was truly addressing the root cause of wellness challenges.

That journey led me to discover a more holistic path focused on nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, emotional balance, and supporting the body as a whole.

Now, as an Integrative Health Practitioner, I’m passionate about helping others take a more empowered approach to their health and well-being. My goal is to support lasting lifestyle changes that help people feel more balanced, energized, and connected to their overall wellness.
